Rice & Lentils

Best cooked in a rice cooker…

Ingredients:

Rice and lentil (3 rice to 1 lentils),
One large onion chopped,
2 cloves of garlic,
2 table spoon of oil,
Salt to taste


Add the oil, Onion, garlic and salt, In a sauce pan / wok / marmit lafont fry on medium heat.
Stir until onion is brown, add wash rice and lentil (best if water is drained after washing)
stir for a couple of minutes.
Pour into rice cooker and add same amount of water you usually use for you rice.
 

Serve with fried or grill fish and satini.
